Known for its elegance and freshness, it represents one of the finest expressions of Italian white wines, appreciated for its minerality and versatility at the table.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Variety<\/strong>: 100% Cortese.<\/p>\n Vineyards: <\/strong>Located in the municipality of Gavi. Hand-harvested.<\/p>\n Winemaking<\/strong>: the hand-picked grapes are soft-pressed and follow temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. It ages on the lees for 3 months in steel tank.<\/p>\n Alc. content<\/strong>: 12,5-13% vol.<\/p>\n Tasting notes<\/strong>: Straw-yellow color with delicate greenish reflections. Aromatic profile with floral notes of acacia, accompanied by hints of citrus, green apple, and white-fleshed fruit.
